The pool and spa were constructed in concert with the renovation of the existing home and now nestle between the renovation/extension and a new pool house that sits on the rear boundary. The pool and spa are visible highlights through the rear ground floor windows and doors. The pool has been set at the higher ground level and has extensive garden beds running parallel to the long sides. The spa sits at the house and of the pool and features as a shimmering blue through the use of white ceramic tiles throughout.
The pool and spa are serviced by a fully automated filtration and self-leveling system and in-floor cleaning system. Pipework was passed below the pool house decking to a fenced services yard that is on the rear boundary. The pool cleaning is automated via and iaqualink system.
